Raw messages are never stored

Messages are fetched, classified by AI, and immediately discarded. We store signals — not conversations.

Group-level analysis only

Signals are attributed to teams, never individuals. Minimum group size is 5 — no individual tracking.

Transparent to employees

We recommend customers announce Pulse to their teams. This is not covert surveillance — it's aggregate sentiment analysis.

12-month data retention

Signals older than 12 months are automatically deleted. Export your data or delete your account at any time.
